Fantastic Four: First Steps star Vanessa Kirby‘s romance with Paul Rabil is sending hearts soaring.
The couple were first linked in October 2022 when they were spotted holding hands in New York City. More than one year later, Rabil made their relationship Instagram official.
“From the very minute we first met in des moines, around the world and back, life is far better, more purposeful and more beautiful with you ❤️,” he gushed in November 2023, sharing a carousel of candid pics with the Crown alum.
While the twosome have largely kept their romance private, Rabil has given rare glimpse of their connection via social media. In June 2025, he teased Kirby’s pregnancy with a nod to her Marvel role.

What Is Paul Rabil’s Job?
Rabil was a Major League Lacrosse (MLL) player from 2008 to 2018 before cofounding the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) with his brother. When the PLL began, Rabil played on the Atlas, later moving to the Cannons ahead of his retirement from playing in 2021. He continues to work on the business side of the league, which features eight teams across the U.S.
In late 2024, Rabil announced the establishment of the Women’s Lacrosse League (WLL) — the only professional league for women in the U.S. Organized by the PLL, the WLL officially began its first season in 2025 with four teams.
Rabil also launched his own ESPN series, Rabil’s Places, in summer 2025, produced in part by Peyton Manning. The five-episode show breaks down the cultural evolution of lacrosse at both the college and professional levels, along with exploring the sport’s indigenous history.

Rabil was previously married to former USA Lacrosse player Kelly Berger from 2014 to 2017. He was later linked to actress Eiza González before his relationship with Kirby began in 2022.
