The Valley stars Jesse Lally and Michelle Saniei have officially settled their divorce, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On Wednesday, October 22, Lally, 43, filed court docs informing the court the divorce deal had been executed by both parties.
“The parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court. I request that the court approve the agreement,” the filing read.
The deal, which has yet to be filed in court, involves child support being paid for their daughter, Isabella, born in 2020. The amount has not been disclosed.
Per the agreement, the exes agreed not to request spousal support from the other. The judge has yet to sign off on the deal.
When contacted for comment, Lally told Us, “Michelle and I have taken the last step towards finalizing our divorce. We’re moving forward with mutual respect for each other and focusing on making memories with Isabella.”
Saniei told Us, “I’m grateful we reached an agreement and we can both start a new chapter in our lives. Our number one priority has always been Isabella and we’ll continue to coparent to be the best parents for her.”

On March 1, 2024, Saniei filed for divorce from Jesse after five years of marriage. She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. Her paperwork listed the date of marriage as October 12, 2018, and the date of their separation as October 16, 2023.
In her filing, Saniei asked the court to award her joint legal and physical custody of their daughter. In his response, Lally agreed with Saniei on the joint custody proposal. He was also on the same page when it came to the date of separation.
Saniei and Lally both told the court that there was no hope for a reconciliation.
Us Weekly broke the news that Saniei and Lally had split days before The Valley premiered.
Saniei spoke candidly about the demise of her marriage on her The Valley costar Brittany Cartwright’s podcast “When Reality Hits” in April 2024.
“We filmed [The Valley] last summer and we finished filming in September [2023],” Saniei explained. “I had the conversation with Jesse at the beginning of October that it was no longer going to work and I wanted to file for divorce.”

She explained, “Jesse and I have actually not been together since October and since then we were free to date and do whatever we want.”
Saniei told Cartwright, 36, that she was ready to file the paperwork right after they decided to break up.
“I am more permanent. I have filed for divorce and it is happening. We are in the middle of it and hopefully before the end of the year it will be finalized,” she said at the time. “We as of right now don’t have to go to court because we are basically in agreement with almost everything. Hopefully we don’t need to and we will be done. My goal is to be done and move on with my life.”
Following the split, Lally found new love with his girlfriend, Lacy Nicole. The two debuted their romance in early 2024.
In July, Saniei broke things off with her boyfriend, Aaron Nosler, after one year of dating. A source told Us that Saniei was “in the process of moving out” of Nosler’s home ahead of production on season 3 of The Valley.
As Us previously reported, Jesse and Michelle’s costar Jax Taylor will not be returning for season 3 as he decided to focus on his sobriety.
