Love Is Blind star Alexa Lemieux fired back at her estranged husband Brennon Lemieux’s divorce filing — and demanded a bigger cut of their estate, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On December 4, Alexa filed court docs denying all allegations in Brennon’s divorce petition filed last month. She asked that the court split up their estate, but also requested a disproportionate share of the estate.
Alexa believes she is owed more for the following reasons: “fault in the breakup of the marriage,” need for future support, wasting of community assets by the spouse and the need for attorney fees.
She also asked that her separate property be confirmed as her sole property. A source tells Us, “Alexa makes more money than Brennon and wants to retain her earnings.”
Us reached out to a rep for Brennon and Alexa who had no comment.
As Us first reported, Brennon filed for divorce on November 5. He listed the date of marriage as June 30, 2021, and said they “ceased to live together as spouses on or about the date of filing of” the divorce petition. The exes share a daughter named Vienna, born in July 2024.

In his divorce petition, Brennon claimed, “The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between [him] and [Alexa] that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.”
In his filing, Brennon said he was hopeful that he could reach an agreement regarding custody and child support with Alexa, but asked the court to set the schedule if they can’t resolve the matter themselves.
The exes wed in June 2021 while filming Love Is Blind season 3. The season aired in 2022.

Alexa publicly broke the news of the split on Wednesday, December 3. “After much reflection and many heartfelt conversations, we have made the difficult decision to end our marriage,” she said via Instagram. “This choice was not made lightly, and it comes with a great deal of care, respect and appreciation for the time we’ve shared.”
Alexa continued, “We entered this relationship with love and optimism, and we leave it with gratitude for the experiences that shaped us and the growth we each gained along the way.”
“While our journey as a married couple is coming to an end, we remain supportive of one another, devoted to our daughter, and committed to navigating this transition with compassion,” she added. “We kindly ask for privacy as we move forward and focus on our individual paths while keeping our precious daughter as our top priority.”
As Us previously reported, Alexa previously spoke out about the decision not to sign a prenuptial agreement before walking down the aisle.
“We never had one. I also never asked for one,” Alexa revealed in a video posted to social media in 2022.
“It’s something that Brennon brought up and asked about getting one to protect me. It’s just something I wasn’t interested in doing,” she explained. “It’s absolutely OK. It’s just not something I personally wanted.”
