Mila Kunis Reveals 10-Year Wedding Anniversary Gifts With Ashton Kutcher

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher marked their 10-year wedding anniversary with some tin-tastic gifts!

Kunis, 42, and Kutcher, 47, celebrated their 10th year as husband and wife back in July and, per the rules of traditional wedding anniversary gifts, opted to give each other presents made of tin. (Tin and aluminum are considered traditional gifts for a 10th wedding anniversary.)

The Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery actress shared on the Monday, December 8, episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that she and Kutcher have certain rules when it comes to gift-giving.

“There’s, like, limitations and budgets to it,” Kunis explained. “Because neither one of us is, like, big on gift-giving, but also we can go overboard. It’s very extreme.”

As a result, the couple have a $150 spending limit on gifts and the presents must be homemade.

Kunis caveated this by adding, “It can also be homemade by someone else. … That’s the loophole I found early in this process.”

For Kutcher’s gift this year, Kunis turned to online platform Etsy, which specializes in homemade goods.

“Ashton loves the Chicago Bears,” Kunis said. “So for the anniversary, I got him a Tin Man from Wizard of Oz made of, like, sardine cans and pea cans, and it’s all of Chicago Bears. It’s really cute. It’s really good.”

As for what Kutcher got his wife, Kunis prefaced her anecdote by explaining her love of sardines.

“Because I love sardines and he loves that I love sardines, he got me a custom-made sardine box. It’s just a giant tin sardine box. It’s really cute. I loved it,” Kunis said. “I was like, ‘I do love sardines!’”

She added, “I guess you can put tchotchke thingies in it, which I also love. It’s a really sweet gift.”

Kunis and Kutcher met when they starred on That ‘70s Show from 1998 to 2006, but it wasn’t until years later that the former costars got together romantically. They first began dating in 2012 and tied the knot in 2015.

The couple share two children, daughter Wyatt, 11, and son Dimitri, 9.

Kunis opened up about the secret to their long-lasting relationship in an October 2024 interview with E! News.

“I still feel like we’re very young and we feel very young,” she said. “I think that’s where the spark is.”

“It’s only 10 years. It’s not really that long. I look at my parents, and they’ve been together for 50. That’s long,” she said, adding that the pair also “laugh at everything,” which helps their relationship.

Last month, the doting mom said she only films one movie a year so she can spend as much time with Wyatt and Dimitri as possible.

“I do a movie a year because I shoot when my kids are out of school, so yes, you’ll see me in one movie a year,” she told People.

Kunis’ latest movie is the third Knives Out mystery, which also stars Daniel Craig, Kerry Washington, Josh O’Connor and more.

Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery is available to stream on Netflix starting Friday, December 12.
